The On Target Health App functions as the user-focused dashboard for a multi-week program that aims to help businesses reduce insurance costs by improving the health and wellness of their employees. Employees’ goals, progress, and lab results are tracked in the app, as well as their own personal motivators like losing weight or being able to play with their children more often.
