Amtrak asked for recommendations to improve the user experience for the Projects & Stations and Resources pages on its Northeast Corridor website. I created wireframes with interface improvements focused on bringing together related functionality, filtering content, and improving the pages’ mobile experience. After a few rounds of revisions, we integrated the changes from the wireframes into the live website.
